Personal Injury claims
We provide a free initial consultation where we assess the merits of your claim and the prospects of success. If it is a case we are willing to take on we will then discuss the various funding options. Most of the personal injury claims we handle are covered by a "no win, no fee agreement" What this means is that: - If your case is successful, legal costs are paid by your opponent. If any legal costs are not paid by your opponent then a deduction is made from your compensation settlement. An appropriate “success fee” which reflects the risks we take in dealing with your particular claim.
- If your case is unsuccessful, you do not have to pay us anything and you are not responsible for your opponent’s legal costs.
This only applies to pre-litigation, if Court proceedings are issued there will be additional risks and costs to be considered. Will we advise and discuss your further individual requirements in advance of such.
Other matters
We also provide a free initial consultation on other matters. Depending on the nature of the case we will either proceed under an agreed fixed fee arrangement or charge an hourly rate appropriate to the solicitor dealing with your case. Each client’s individual requirements will be discussed in advance.
