How much will it cost?
Personal Injury claims

We provide a free initial consultation where we assess the merits of your claim and the prospects of success. Most personal injury claims we handle are covered by a Conditional Fee Agreement or more commonly known as a "no win no fee" which means there are no up front costs:

  • If your claim is successful, legal costs are paid by your opponent. If any legal costs are not paid by your opponent then a deduction is made from your compensation settlement. An appropriate “success fee” which reflects the risks we take in dealing with your particular claim capped at 25% of your damages.

  • If your claim is unsuccessful, you do not have to pay us anything and you are not responsible for your opponent’s legal costs.

This only applies to pre-litigation, if Court proceedings are issued there will be additional risks and costs to be considered. You may need to pay the cost of an insurance premium to cover disburements and opponent's costs if applicable. Will we advise and discuss your individual requirements in advance of any legal proceedings.

For immigration work our fees are usually fixed depending on the type of application or appeal. Typical fees range from £500 to £1,500 plus VAT.

Civil Litigation matters (including car finance commission claims)
